A Disappointing Experience
During my stay, I was disappointed with the overall service and cleanliness. The staff seemed disorganized, and the bathroom wasn't up to standard. I recommend verifying your reservation a few times to avoid issues before arrival.

The staff was somewhat helpful during check-in.
I can't believe how terrible my stay was. I was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, despite asking for a non-smoking room. the AC vents were filthy, and I woke up sore from the uncomfortable bed. To make matters worse, the hair dryer didn't work, and I felt unsafe the entire night.

Solo traveler’s average stay
Had no problem getting a room on the first floor. The bed was comfy enough after a long day. !
It wasn't cheap, but acceptable.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby Cedar Point Amusement Park. My grandson couldn't get enough of the roller coasters, and it was the perfect way to spend our time together. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to come and go.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on-site.

would definitely come back
Staying here was nice. The room I had was a deluxe with two full beds. It was clean and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The lift made it easy to access upper floors. Great location, close to food options, and the staff was helpful. The wifi worked well too.
